Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the Home screen.
At the bottom, we will see several icons. In this video, we want to demonstrate how to use voice commands to schedule meetings. Before doing that, it is important to note that in order to use these voice commands from any location or any screen on the HTC One M8, those settings must be changed in the Settings menu. The reason for this is that the default setting is to only use voice commands in the actual voice search area or application. That obviously is just not as efficient or effective as being able to use the voice commands at any time. It is a lot easier and efficient to use them on any screen. Video tutorials on how to change these settings can be found on this website. Search for those to learn about that process. For now, we are going to try to schedule a meeting just by using our voice and using voice commands. First, we'll need to say the magic words, which are OK, Google. This will open the voice search. Then we will speak to Google. After hearing what I am going to say, you will be able to follow this demonstration.

"OK, Google." The Google voice commands window appears, and the phone is now "Listening..."

"Schedule a meeting for Monday." Those words we have just spoken will appear on the screen.

The phone now says, "At what time".

The time now appears at the top of the screen, and the phone says, "What's the title".

Then a window will appear that reads, "Event saved".
This shows that we have successfully created an event and saved it, and we will be reminded about this at some point before the event takes place. As we can see, it is quite simple. We will be asked a set of questions. To answer those, try and give concise and clear answers. There is no need to say a lot, but just enough for the phone to understand. You should say enough to be able to give a good representation of the information that needs to be there, but there's no need to write an essay. This can be done for multiple things, and it will save them to the calendar. We can create business events, work events, family events, personal events, private events, or public events.
