Questions and Answers

Samsung wireless screen mirroring hub dongle won't connect?

The dongle won't turn to steady blue light after pressing reset button. So, I tried pressing the button and not letting go to get the steady light. Still can't connect. Sometimes the screen "connecting shows" but it won't go through. I've already connected before but after not using it for maybe 3 weeks or a month. I was not able to connect anymore.

Get red stripes or red screen on my Samsung?

Just got Samsung monitor at best buy and got it connected to my Mac. Every once in a while I see striped red lines (or even full screen red) on the Samsung but don't think I see that on the Mac.

It looks like you've enabled "Strict mode," which is a developer tool that you probably won't have much use for.

To disabled Strict mode, go to "Settings," and then "Developer options." Uncheck "Strict mode enabled" and then restart your device.
