Hi, I am using Samsung Galaxy star 2. After downloading a movie and a game, when I try to open the game, my phone switched itself off and when I try to open it, it gets stuck on Samsung logo until I remove the battery?

So I have tried to press the on button and the volume down at the same time but nothing happens, so when I press the the on button it get stuck showing only the Samsung logo. I have tried: I have tried removing the battery many times and trying to press the on button with the volume down button at the same time and I have tried pressing the on button with the volume up button at the same time but it only get stuck showing the Samsung logo. I think it was caused by: I think this problem might be caused by the game I tried to open after downloading
