Samsung Galaxy y s5360 restarting problem solution?
What will I do about my phone Samsung Galaxy s5360.
There can be three possible reason why your phone keeps rebooting itself. This could be a problem with the operating system, a problem with the phone itself (some parts of it) or the battery has gone bad.
To test if this is a problem with your phone's battery, you can ask some of your friends or relatives if they have the same phone as yours and try their phone battery and see if it shows the same issue. If your friends or relatives does not have the same phone or battery, you can purchase one instead then test on your phone. If you have tried a different battery and works perfectly, that means it is a battery issue of your and if it does the same issue do the next steps.
Try to reset the phone. Perform a Hard Reset on your phone, performing Hard Reset can correct some problems in the operating system like glitch. If it resolves the problem then it was the operating system install on your phone, you can also re install the operating system if you know on how to. If it does not resolve the problem then do the next steps
First try to move the prongs for the battery on the phone and see if it resolves the the problem. There are some instance that the prongs are not in line which can be the caused of having the phone boot cycles. If you have the same problem, you can contact the phone manufacturer or it's service center near you, more or less that this is an issue with the device itself. A part of the hardware may have been may have been damage in some way that must be checked.
One of the things you can try is a Factory Reset. Try this and see if it fixes the restarting issue. Go into your phone's settings>backup and reset and then select Factory Data Reset. This will wipe all of your user data, so make sure to back them up before continuing.
Another thing you can check is the battery. Download and install a battery calibration app from the Play Store and see if there's an issue. You can try one here:

My Galaxy Y is being ON for only 15sec....and restart itself?
My Galaxy Y is restarting again and again. Two days ago I tried to flash ROM for Windows 8 on Galaxy Y, but when it finished it did not work. So I tried ODIN and flash back to original ROM, but when it starts original it was not starting and I tried again to flash Ginger Bread but it did not give me a chance to flash. That took only 15sec in recovery mode and 15 sec to download mode. So I can't flash new ROM and can't downgrade back to normal...PLEASE help
Hard reset your device. Then connect to Kies and use the Emergency Recovery option. This should assist in any error you may have caused. Hopefully, you have not bricked the device.

My Samsung S5360 is stuck on it's logo when I open it. What should I do?
I was surfing the internet on my cellphone when my phone gets hanged. I turn it OFF (by removing the battery), but when I turned it ON, it just get stuck on the Samsung logo (w/ model name). I turned it OFF many times but it always gets stuck on the logo. I can still turn OFF my cellphone through the power OFF button, but every time I turn it OFF through the button, my cellphone automatically turns ON. What should I do? Please help me...

Then try to reboot your phone normally. If it is still looping, install new firmware on the device. You can do this via Kies.

Hi. I've had my phone for only 5 months. The screen went black so I tried to recharge it but when I turn it on, it doesn't go past the logo?
Can you give me any advice? Seems a bit early to replace the battery??
If the battery charges then it is not the battery. Batteries can get corrupted through water damage or heat. Even after 5 months. Wall chargers can also fail. If the phone is charging though then it is your OS or LCD that has failed.

I actually have a question about Samsung Galaxy S2. Could you help?
I turn on the phone and it goes through its normal reboot. Once I get to the log on screen to enter my password, the phone reboots again and the process loops again to bring me again to the log on screen to reboot again. It never ends rebooting. Is there hope for my phone or not? Thank you
Hard reset the device since you can't get past the lock screen. If you recently updated the device with newer firmware, after the hard reset choose Wipe Cache Partition from within the Recovery Menu options.

You have corrupted OS on the device. Hard reset and then install new stock firmware. Think back to when this first started. Did you install or update any apps? If so then do not install those on the device once you get it back to factory settings.
How to reprogram Samsung young?
If I turn on my phone it keeps on rebooting itself...there is no display screen.
Not even the logo appears when it reboots? This is either corrupt hardware or OS. Hard reset and install new firmware on the device. If you still have a black screen and even Kies will not recognize the device, you need to have it repaired.
Samsung Galaxy Y rebooting and unable to use?
Boot-loop problem, tried vol down, home key and on button - then tried to clear cache and Factory Reset but that didn't work
This sounds like a hardware problem now. Before you bring it to a Samsung service center for repairs, you can be suggested to do one thing if your phone is not on a warranty: reflashing. Turn off your phone and follow our tutorial on how to unroot Samsung GALAXY, which works as good for simple reflashing of any Galaxy device. The only thing you need to do is to find the appropriate firmware for your phone at http://sammobile.com/firmwares/ to be used in step 1. To find it, start typing your model name on the web page. The model can be "GT-S####" or "GT-B####", where the hashes are numbers and letters. You may need to register to download the firmware too. Once the flash has been successful, test your device again. If you are out of luck, then you will need to carry it to a service center after all.

When I play a game called dragon mania it forces to turn off and stuck in restarting?
When I play the game it just turns off then stuck in restarting.
Is your device feeling hot to the touch when you play the game? Cell phones have a protective heat function which will turn off a device when it gets to a certain temperature. Your battery may be overheating which now is damaged and not providing enough power for the device to fully start. Remove the battery and plug the phone in to a wall charger. See if you can power up the phone as you normally would. If so then it is the battery that is corrupted.
It keeps turning off and boots to the start screen?
The problem is it just loads up the Samsung GT S5360 screen and goes off...if it does boot up to the main screen it goes off and restarts back at the S5360 screen then off again. If I take out the battery and put it back in, it boots without even pressing the power button then goes off. Can you help me out?
Sounds like your Power button is stuck. Remove the backing off the phone and blow some compressed air into the device. Some people have had to unscrew the secondary casement to fix their power button while others have been able to wiggle it back to normal with a toothpick.
S5 restarts self randomly any suggestions?
My S5 (only 2 months old) will restart itself 3 times in 30 minutes. No reason or pattern to when it will do it. I have deleted all the apps that are not factory, stop automatic updates. Any suggestions?
Reflash stock firmware. Samsung issued devices with corrupted software. If this is not your problem then replace the battery. Some people reported that when they charge their S5 overnight, they have this issue the next day. If you are running Lollipop OS, go to SamMobile.com and get a newer version of it for the S5.
Automatically on and off within 5sec?
My Samsung Galaxy Young was shutdown automatically, I checked the battery its in good condition, Hard Reset also done but still I am having the same problem.
If you have hard reset the device, your next step is to install new firmware on the device. Then if the problem still occurs your last option would be to see if the Power button is stuck or loose.
