My Samsung Galaxy S3 does not sync the trash folder that's on my device to my email account?
There are many variables that go into email problems on your Samsung Galaxy S3. Because of this, it's hard to troubleshoot and pinpoint the exact problem. To fix this issue, you will need to remove and re-add your email account to your Samsung Galaxy S3. To do this, follow the simple steps below:
- Open your Email application.
- Press your Menu key, located on the lower left-corner of your device.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap the account you want to edit.
- Tap the Trash can in the upper right-hand corner.
Then, re-add your email account. The issue should be fixed now that you have re-added your email account information and allowed your Samsung Galaxy S3 to refresh the account's settings. If you are still having issues with syncing your trash folder on your Samsung Galaxy S3, you may need to contact your email provider to troubleshoot additional settings on your phone to make sure you can sync all of your folders.
