My Samsung Galaxy Note3 will not connect to my Windows 7 PC. The USB port will not read a connection. What should I do to fix this?
Remember that any Samsung device -- including your Samsung Galaxy Note3 -- requires specialized drivers on your PC so that your PC and your phone can recognize each other and communicate. If you haven't yet installed drivers for your device, you can do so easily by downloading and installing Samsung Kies 3. Click here to download Samsung Kies 3. Once Samsung Kies 3 has downloaded and installed onto your computer, plug your Samsung Galaxy Note3 into your computer, follow the onscreen instructions to set up Kies 3 to recognize your phone, and you'll now be able to connect your phone to your computer with no issues. Samsung Kies 3 also doubles as an excellent syncing application, so you can easily sync your photos, videos, music, and other files to your computer, and vice-versa.
Hi. I'm trying to transfer images and videos from my Note3 to my PC. I have used the USB to connect but don't see it in Explorer. I'm using Windows7?
