Samsung Overheated and won't turn back on. unresponsive to 3 button start up. not charging. battery still has power?

While in use, my Samsung Mini S4 overheated suddenly and froze. Now it won't turn on. Battery still has power. Phone completely unresponsive, even to the 3 button reboot. how do I fix this?
