I'm having a battery problem with my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?
My Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini takes too long to charge. Even after keeping it on the charger for 3 hours it is charged to only 30%. It's not on 3G, either.
There are a few things that could be causing your Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini charging problems. First, make sure that you're not charging your phone from your computer's USB port -- your computer will not give your phone as much charging power as its AC adapter, and thus charging will take a long time. In addition, make sure you're not running many intensive applications while you try to charge your phone. If you're running multiple games or video streaming applications, your phone will take longer to charge since it's using more of its resources to run your phone. Open your task manager and close all of your apps and try to charge it again. If it's still taking a long time to charge, restart your phone. After that, you can also take out and reinsert the battery to ensure that your battery is seated properly. If, after trying all of these troubleshooting steps, your device still doesn't charge quickly, you may have a defective cable and AC adapter, a defective charging port on your device, or a defective battery. Go to your carrier's nearest store and bring your phone, its battery, and your charging cable and AC adapter to troubleshoot the issue in the store.
