Samsung not booting after flashing with ODIN. I tried to reboot manually into recovery but failed?

Your situation a phone can boot into custom recovery is able to flash a ROM. Mine is always stuck on this ODIN MULTICORE MODE screen, even after a successful flash. Only a blue flashed line shows on the bottom of my screen. I have tried: I am stuck here and don't know what to do. I also tried stock ROMs from sammobile.com but every time ODIN stuck on boot.IMG, recovery.IMG or others. I think it was caused by: I suspect software failure.
