With ActiveSync on your Samsung Galaxy S4, you can synchronize data with your Laptop or PC compatible software. You can reset ActiveSync on your Galaxy S4 by following the procedures in this VisiHow tutorial. Be sure that you have the latest update on your Android operating system (OS). If you need it, it can be downloaded from several websites online. You need to be connected to WiFi, and in a set location to set up the ActiveSync. Consult with your wireless internet service provider (ISP) to ensure that it supports Active Sync. Questions and Answers

My S4 suddenly stopped receiving company emails?

My S4 receives my AOL emails but not my company emails

If your Samsung Galaxy S4 is still receiving your AOL email messages, but no longer receiving your company email, the first thing you should do is confirm that your mail settings have not been changed or updated. If you have recently updated your Samsung OS, these settings can change. Likewise, if you have installed a new application, or updated an old one, there can also be minor changes that will seem to occur out of nowhere.

When you've checked those things, if you are still not receiving your email, then you'll need to check with your company IT staff, as this would indicate that they've changed something. Sometimes it can be a change on the Exchange server, and other times it can be a network or protocol change. In some cases, it's the sort of things that might only impact a small number of users, and the IT technicians may not even be aware of it until you bring it to their attention.

Hi, I´m having a problem with my S4 email sync?

When changing from WiFi to mobile network the emails stay in outbox

Each ISP provider has it's own 'Send Email address', you use that in the Outgoing Email Settings address, So changing from one provider to another while emails are not sent, will prevent those from being sent, since the outgoing address is changed.

You have to stay within the same ISP provider until your email have been sent, or resend it using the settings of your other ISP settings. (That is all, providing you have the correct settings for the Mobile Network set correctly).

My Samsung 4 with Android 5.01 does not work over WiFi on Exchange Server Sync?

After the update from Android 4.3, the exchange server did not work at all. After deleting the account and new entered, restart of account, I get the question of the certificate (means that he found my server), thereafter he "thinks" for a long time and thereafter states he cannot connect to the server. This happens in WiFi mode. If I switch off WiFi, I instead get the question (as expected) on the app rights in my Samsung. Thereafter I can perform synchronization over the phone. As soon as I switch to WiFi, the sync is terminated. Best Regards.

2 problems: 1)active syncing Galaxy S4 with my laptop and 2) tasks and calendar events setup on phone are not making it to the exchange server?

1) My UK mobile phone is having trouble syncing with my exchange server after deleting and then resetting it up. Setting the exchange Email address was successful and phone is connected to internet through wireless network. Exchange server sees the phone as a profile but it cannot establish an active sync connection. Given this I was looking to sync my phone via my laptop. Need some help getting this started. Problem 2: Any tasks or calendar events I add to my laptop make it to the exchange server and to my mobile phones, one for the US and the other for the UK. If I add a task or calendar event on either phones it does not make it to the exchange server. Email works on all devices both ways. Do you know what causes this problem?
