How to delete/remove the lock password I created with Android Device manager?

I misplaced my phone and then remotely downloaded Android Device Manager -from my Kindle I created a Lock Password - now that I have found my phone I want to completely stop having to use the password - I have an LG Flex2 - Android Version 5.1.1 - when I access Settings/Lock Screen/Select Lock Screen and enter my current password the options for NONE - SWIPS and KNOCK CODE (I was using Swipe previously) are all dithered and show the message "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage" - I am the administrator - how do I Turn OFF lock screen? When I follow the instructions in the article I don't get access to turning Lock screen to None or Swipe. I have tried: As I explained in my message - I've tried changing the Lock Screen to NONE - by going to Settings/Lock Screen/Select Screen Lock - when I get there the options for NONE and SWIPE are not available and have the following message dithered "Disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage". Good morning, no matter what I do it won't turn off, all I can do is ring my dad whom I put on as the returner. I've tried to factory reset but all I get is the robot with a red belly, the phone is a wilko rainbow lite, any ideas, please?

I can get to factory reset but there is no blue reset text above the robot
