Remove Spaces between Characters and Numbers in Excel

You're watching VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show how to delete all of the spaces from a column in Microsoft Excel. In this particular example, we have data obtained from Keyword Planner tool by Google. In each of these keywords, we want to delete all of the spaces to mimic a web site domain.

Steps

  1. 1
    To delete spaces, select all of the column by clicking the top of it
    .
    Let's click column "B".

    Once everything is selected, we can press "Ctrl" + "H"

    You can also click "Edit"

    Then, move the cursor to "Find"

    You need to find all the spaces

    To do that, press the space bar in the "Find what:" field.

    Make sure it's empty.
