Remove FRP block on Galaxy core prime?

I rooted it and didn't remove the block. I tried to reset it with Kies but I can't find my serial number. I think it was caused by: Rooting the device without disabling the block

Did you remove the battery? Above the bar code the numbers should be there. They do not clearly say Serial Number though. It is usually also found on the side of the box.

The Serial Number is the same as your IMEI. Remove the battery to get the number or look on the side of your box that the phone came in. Some places also print out the number on your purchase receipt for warranty/repair issues.
