    In order to delete an emoji layout from an iPad, tap on the "Settings" icon
    .
    The icon is gear-shaped and silver-and-gray. This will open the "Settings" panel.

    Tap on "General"

    This will move "Emoji" to the left and give you the "Delete" option.

    The emoji keyboard layout will be deleted.

    You will be back to the main "Keyboard" section.
