- 1Heat 1 tbsp.of olive oil in frying pan over high heat.
- 2Add scallops, season and cook for 30 seconds on each side.
- 3Add butter and sage for another 30 seconds.
- 4Before serving, combine with tomato and cucumber.
- 5Squeeze the lemon juice and add a bit more olive oil.
