Red and green horizontal arrows on notification panel?
What is the function of the arrows?
The arrows are meant to inform you of calls you send a receive, but if you see them all the time then they have no purpose.
Try restarting your device and seeing if they go away. If they do not, some users have found the following steps to be helpful.
- 1Go to "Settings."
- 2Tap "Call."
- 3Open "Call mode settings."
- 4Select "Do not allow VoLTE calls."
How do I get rid of the green and red icon on the notification on my Samsung Galaxy Note3?
