Go over to the red circle button with another circle in the center, and click that
    .
It will then ask us to set a folder where we want to save the files. We can just leave it at default, or desktop, or anywhere else. Just press "OK" to that once we've found a good file.

    .
Whenever we talk into the microphone, it will go up. This shows how loud the microphone is, and we don't want it going up too high, like up into the red. We don't want it to fill up all the way. Three-quarters of the way is a good setting.
