You're watching VisiHow. In this video we're going to show you how to send a document to print on the Pages application on an iPhone 6.
To start, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the Lock button on the side.
We could also press the Home button at the bottom of the phone.
Swipe across to enter a passcode, or press a finger to the Home button to use the fingerprint scanner.
On the home screen, find the "Pages" icon.
It is orange and has a white pen on it. Tap on the icon once to open the application.
We already have a document open, which is a blank page template with an extract from a book.
Other formats, such as the letter format or the poster format, may be used as well. To learn how to open a document, search for another tutorial on this website.
There will be four different icons at the top right of the screen.
Tap on the wrench at the far right-hand corner, and it will bring up the "Tools" menu.
Tap on the printer icon with the word "Print" next to it.
This is the second option from the bottom.
Tap on "Select Printer" to choose a printer.
In this demonstration, we don't actually have a printer available for WiFi printing, but if we did have available printers, their names would be listed on this screen.
Then we'd simply select a printer by tapping on it.
Tap on "Printer Options" at the top left corner to go back.
Print "1 Copy", or tap on the plus sign to increase the number of copies to be printed.
Press the minus sign to go back down to "1 Copy".
Once satisfied with the settings, we can just press "Print" at the bottom to print the document.
When finished, tap on "Tools" at the top left corner.
Then press "Done" at the upper right-hand corner, and it takes us back to the document.
This is a VisiHow video, and we've shown you how to send a document to print from the Pages application on an iPhone 6.
If you have any questions or comments, feel free to add them to the section below. We'll do our best to get back to you.
