Steps

    To preview a web page, we click on "System Preferences"

    We click "Trackpad"

    We want to make sure that "Tap with three fingers" in "Look up" is enabled

    Once we've ensured that it is enabled, we can close the menu

    We go to any page that we are interested in reading

    For example, an article on VisiHow. We tap the trackpad with three fingers now, and Safari will show us a preview of what is on the page or inside the article in a small preview pane. For example, we can quickly look and see if the article has just what we are looking for.
