Your phone is stuck in what's called a boot loop. As its name implies, a boot loop occurs when your phone loops from on to off and cannot finish its boot up process normally. To fix this issue, you will unfortunately need to perform a Factory Reset; boot loops are almost always caused by software glitches, so to fix them you will need to take the software back to its original state. As you probably know, however, a Factory Reset wipes all of your data to bring your phone back to its original factory settings. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your itel 1402, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. If you can't perform a Factory Reset, or if the reset cannot be completed, you will need to call itel and speak to a customer service representative to troubleshoot your particular phone more. You may also have to schedule a repair at this time if your phone is completely broken.
