It appears that some data was lost when writing to the USB drive. To fix that, open File Explorer (Windows Explorer) by pressing the Windows and "E" buttons. Right-click the flash drive letter under "This PC" ("Computer"). Select "Properties". Click the "Tools" tab. Click "Check now..." Check "Automatically fix file system errors". Click "Start". After the process has been finished, the flash should be recovered.

If we delete System volume information or format a new pen drive imported from abroad, will it work again?

I have purchased a 2TB pen drive from Online Shopping. I copied some files. Later, the files are seen vanished and folders alone are seen. But 30GB space occupied is revealed. So, I deleted the empty folders. The System volume information from Pen Drive is not able to copy to local disk. If I delete System volume information or format the pen drive imported from abroad, will it work again? Kindly guide me. Formatting some pen drive doesn't work again.
