The issue you're having can be caused by your Samsung Galaxy Note3, or by the Kies program on your PC not recognizing the device, or a number of other issues. Read on to fix this problem:

Galaxy Note3 USB connection problem with Windows 8.1 Laptop?

Hello, My Laptop using Windows 8.1 doesn't detect my Note3 as a storage USB to be able to exchange files, however it only shows my phone charging. Could you please help to solve this matter? Thanks

Can you help me with transferring music bigger than a single to my SD card on my Note3?

I have bought a Samsung SD card for my Note3 and having problems with transferring music and video. Either it says it's not there or is there but distorted. This is the 3rd microSD card I have bought for my Note3 and have had the same problem with everyone of them. I did have some success with some albums that are singles (on the Samsung SD card) but when it comes to bigger music files the problems start.

My PC simply does not see my Note3, and I have tried everything, except, that I cannot get my phone to the developer mode, and cannot find the USB debugging?

My Note3 has an Android 5.0 version. I have tried: Uninstall USB unknown device several times, install and reinstall bot KIES3 and Smart Switch, have reinstall the drives from both above mentioned utilities, reboot my PC several times too. I think it was caused by: I do not know
