You need to disable the Media Engine and set FPS to 60. Then FuncReplacements in the INI needs to be set to False as well as disable Fast Memory.The only issue is that when you disable the Media Engine you will lose sound. Version 9.6 crashes before the start of matches so this is probably the version you have.
