Being locked out of your Samsung Galaxy Note3 is an annoying problem. However, there are a couple of things you can try to unlock your device so you can use it again.

The first thing you should try is the Google account information method. This method will allow you to unlock your phone by simply entering the account information for the Google account that is linked to your phone. To do this method, do the following:

If you don't remember your Google account information, go to this site to try to recover it.

If you didn't log into a Google account before the phone locked itself, or if you can't recover the information for whatever reason, you will need to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Note3. This method will, unfortunately, delete all of your phone's data; however, it is the only way you can unlock your phone so you can use it again. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Note3, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. Once the reset is complete, be sure to log your Galaxy Note3 into a Google account to which you know the information so you don't have to perform a Factory Reset in the future.

Samsung Galaxy J3(2016) Google account won't sing in?

Hi! Samsung Galaxy J3(2016). Doesn't want to login my Google account after reset with right password and account, there is an option to write your phone number or email, both options don't work also, after many tries now Google has a server problem, also I tried to sync, but as I never did it before reset it doesn't work. I mean I am seriously thinking to return the phone and ask my provider to solve the problem. ( I did this reset two times and all went OK, phone is new 3 months old). Please help, thank you so much.
