I have Korean mobile Samsung S4 , but network not coming, please help

It sounds like you may have an issue with your SIM card. Try powering off your device, removing the SIM card, reinserting it, and powering your device on again. Make sure the SIM is properly installed, as having it loose will not allow the connection to be made as necessary.
