Samsung Galaxy S6 no mobile networks option?

Unable to change network type from GSM only to either LTE, also tried *#*#4696#*#*, but mode goes back to GSM only.. I have tried: Tried *#*#4636#*#* and also browsed through preferred network change and tried to locate mobile networks, but no luck with any possible scenarios tried.. I think it was caused by: I don't know, S6 is new from box, but issues picked with network mode option missing, keyboard has issues with pad, etc...
