Need to write an email for a corporate dinner?
Can you help me with the body of the email?
Corporate dinner invitations are always formal, unless they are for a themed party, where light chat, or fun twists on phrases are appropriate. For your purposes, I will assume it is formal, and make recommendations for your company dinner invitations.
XYZ company is pleased to welcome you to our annual dinner at the Marriott Dining Facility. We will be offering hors d'oeuvres for early arrivals, with dinner served at 7 o'clock sharp, and a selection of the finest desserts to finish the evening. The ABC orchestra will also be performing throughout the evening.
Kindly RSVP not later than October 5th, with your confirmation of attendance, and optional guest. In the event you have special request or needs, please coordinate with Susan Smith, at 555-1212, so that she can accommodate you.
We look forward to your attendance, and hope that you'll find the evening both entertaining and enjoyable.
This should help you, and will let you add in your own text as needed. Just replace the sample dates, company name, and representative name and number.
