How to improve my signature hand writing?

Nowadays when I am doing my signature in official works I feel embarrassed due to my poor signature and hand writing

The answer is decreasing speed of writing. Use a sample with your original or preferred signature. Look at it and draw it slowly in the papers that you sign: you should copy each curvature and line. Practice writing your signature as slowly as possible: practice makes perfect, after all! Your signature does not have to be written fast: keep your speed at the level where you are satisfied with the outcome. Over time, you can speed your writing up, but once you make a mistake in your signature, it is better to slow down again.

You can start with curves at the "H", go back and down and follow the line without taking the pen off the paper. Do not end the last "e" in your last name and lead the line back and around the first and last name and go above the letters.
