Questions and Answers

My SD card from my previous phone contains a number of photos, and I am unable to find any of the pictures on my new phone?

I had a blackberry, now have an S5 and the SD card is mounted correctly, but the new phone shows no photos and no videos. How do I get the photos to display again? Thanks!

If you have a different device that can read SD cards, try to insert your card into it to see if your issue is with the card or the phone. You can also try restarting your phone and seeing if it reads the card the way it is supposed to.
