Why doesn't it open? I have recently repaired and put in new Windows 7.

The latest release of the PPSSPP Emulator requires an OpenGL 2.0 compatible card. This means that, if your card is outdated, you have two options; install an older version of the PPSSPP Emulator, or you will need to update your graphics card.

If, after confirming that your graphics card is OpenGL 2.0 compliant, you are still experiencing this problem, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the graphics drivers. In the event that does not work, you will need to downgrade your PPSSPP Emulator to an older version that does not require OpenGL 2.0 compliance.
