Your initial password should still work. Make sure that you are not putting any spaces in and text your password#SD. For example, if your password was 1234 you would text to your phone, 1234#SD. This will unlock your phone. If you never set up a password then try texting 0000#SD or 1234#SD.

Try to use the Google Account associated with the Sony Device. If you do not remember it, go to Google Accounts Recovery to gain assistance in remembering. If you used a third-party anti-theft app then contact them. Apps like Lookout will help you disable their lock.
