Are you saying that your Tablet does not have any SIM slot? If you suspect that your phone was compromised, you will need to Hard Reset it to factory settings and input your user info back again. On the S3, the Hard Reset procedure requires you to access its recovery menu. With the phone powered off, press and hold the power, volume up and home buttons together. When the recovery menu appears, select the wipe data/Factory Reset option and reboot when done.

Can you help me on how to open my Android phone? Thank You and God Bless you!

Hi, I have forgotten the password of my Android phone. I have tried the factory reset by pressing hold the Power On and Volume Down at the same time. But the Factory reset won't still appear because I think the Volume Up and Down of my Android doesn't work. My Android phone model is Galaxy Y Duos GT- S102.
