My phone fell in water, now it is not working?

2 days before my phone fell in water and it is not removable battery I dried out, sunlight 1hour, here my phone gets very hot, after I kept under my clothes for 5 hours. Then I switched on and few minutes later it automatically restart, then I switched off and I kept under clothes and two days later i.e. now I switched on, and it is not working. I'm in doubt charge is not there or any internal damage
