My phone LCD is totally damaged, so I want to see my phone from the laptop, but I don't know how can I? Can you help me, please?

Phone is working when someone calls me, but the screen is totally blank even touch pad is not working. I can only listen to music by an earphone. I have a laptop, so I want to operate it from the laptop so I can see my data for the last time. I have tried: Nope.I have no idea how to do it, and what are the requirements?
