My memory card is infected with a virus. My pics disappeared. I want to see them, what can I do?

I want to open my memory card on PC safely, so that it cannot infect my PC. This article is about USB and I am talking about memory card. I need solution for memory card. I have tried: I tried to remove virus through antivirus. I scan my device so far. I think it was caused by: I think it contains lots of viruses, that is why my pics are not showing.
