Can't Access Internet through tether?

Hi Daniel - I can tether my Win7 Laptop to my Sprint GS4 but it cannot get access to the internet. The network icon in the system tray shows a yellow ! symbol.

Make sure you've enabled your data connection. Turning on your hotspot will allow you to connect your Laptop to your phone, but without enabling the phone's data connection, you will not be able to access the internet.

If that doesn't solve your issue, try restarting both devices. See if perhaps the security key you entered on your Laptop doesn't match the one on your phone's hotspot. You can also try connecting other devices to your hotspot, or your Laptop to another phone. See if you can isolate which device is causing the problem, and work from there.

Without internet access, what is the best way to access the internet? I was thinking of using my Samsung Galaxy Note4. What is your recommendation?
