Rebooting Phone from "Decrypt Storage" - what do I do once I get to the black DOS-looking page after entering a correct password?

My son messed up my phone (HTC) by trying to enter the password too many times... It goes to a page - "Decrypt Storage" and asks for a password. I enter my password and it says it is correct, but I still need to reboot my phone... After I click to reboot, I get a weird DOS looking page of black with red, yellow, and blue script, and I don't know what to do at that point. Would you be able to let me know what to do at this point? None of the options apply to the problem I am having. I have tried: Please see question details. I have entered the correct password on the "Decrypt storage" page, but after that, I have to reboot my phone and don't know what to do/type once I get to the black DOS-looking page with red, yellow, and blue script. I think it was caused by: My son messed up the phone by trying to enter the password too many times.
