My keypad used to allow me to enter conference call passwords but somehow has become disabled?

I call into a conference call then wait for the prompt to enter the password then press pound. It does not work any longer. It used to work just fine. Did I disable something?

When call barring enable it shows SIM or network error?

This is an error other users have had, and it looks at though resetting their device to factory default settings is what solved the error for them.

First, be sure to back up the files and contacts on your device, and then follow the guide in this article to complete the reset: Perform a factory reset on Android Device. Your phone's data will be deleted, but it should solve your problem.
