My router log says Dos attack TCP or UDP based port scan from 75.75.76.76 port 53. am I being hacked?

I cannot see my cameras through the internet but locally through WiFi?

I have portfowarding on my router but the cable cable company change their system .Before I was able to see my cameras through the internet using the public ip of the cable company now I cannot.The portfowarding was working OK until cable company changed to new standard.
