It won't let me switch my email because it was discontinued and I can't log in or access it.. I have tried: Log into the old email. Switch that old email to a new one. Reset the password. I think it was caused by: My old discontinued email

If yes, how its linked with my email, I want it on a different email and also want this email as its my personal one, but I don't want the Xbox account on this one I want it on a new one!
