My computer freezes at the splash or motherboard's logo screen?

Hello, I cannot do anything, it just suddenly happened, my PC is stuck at logo screen of the mobo, at the screen where I got to choose between Del or F2 to enter BIOS, I tried removing all USB type devices attached to my PC, removed my SSD and power cycle but it just remains on the boot screen. Of course, it doesn't turn on when RAM is removed. I have tried: Removed all USB type devices and power cycle, removed RAM to check if it was it not as well, removed SSD power cycle but it remains the same, removed everything and cleaned dust that might be possible suspect but no. It powers up I'm just stuck on the mobo logo. I think it was caused by: I don't know it was working!

Do I need a new Mobo, CPU, or PSU, computer won't turn on?

My computer has power entering the PSU , evident by a little green LED on the side of the unit. When I try turning the power on the light goes out (unplugging for a few seconds will turn the light on again when connected). I have tried to troubleshoot but only have so much knowledge. Here were my steps.. Should also mention, no fans will start nor budge even for a millisecond.. Unplugged the PSU from everything else.(Light is on and is constant). Plugged into my CPU 4 pin connection.(Light is constant). When I plug into my 24pin connection on the mobo.(Light is on until trying the PC's power button)Note: do not have a Power switch on my PSU.. I have working good RAM, and no amount of switching them around or one at a time has worked(still have problem when connecting the 24pin). My hard drive is also good, tested on other computer.. . So all in all that LED on the PSU will stay on(although no sign of fans starting). and every plug has no effect on this light other than the 24pin slot.. I have tried: Testing different parts isolating them to just the PSU, all have same result of the green light staying on and nothing else happening. except for the 24pin slot although this only turned the LED off. I think it was caused by: I leave my computer on all the time, and when I came home the power button did nothing.Faulty parts. Maybe there was an outage while I was gone, and somehow caused a problem!
