Questions and Answers
Hi, thanks. I'm wondering how to get into my phone?
My Galaxy y S5360T is stuck on the reboot screen. No matter what I do, whichever option I have tried selecting, it goes black, returns to the Galaxy Y logo then returns to the reboot screen. I have not selected 'wipe data/Factory Reset as I haven't (to the best of my knowledge) backed up my data. As I'm sure you can tell, I am a Luddite.
Unfortunately, your problem might be because of your Firmware boot option has either corrupt or have been suddenly stopped working. So the last and final solution to your problem is by re-flashing it again to a new firmware to restore everything and so you can use again your phone. Other than that, I can't see any other solution that may be applicable to recover your phone continues rebooting.
If your phone is rooted and you have CWM installed in it, you can try to boot into CWM and make a CWM backup first before performing a Hard Reset, then just recover the applications installed on the CWM backup using Titanium Backup after reset. However, if your phone is not rooted and it does not have CWM, you will have to Hard Reset your phone or re-flash it to fix the the boot loop problem.
