My cats have worms, from a flea infestation. can Coconut oil get rid of any of these issues?

I was away and the cats got out. They brought in fleas and I didn't know it at first. Then after a few days I noticed the fleas were bad. I am working on getting rid of them. Then today I saw that they have worms. Saw that Coconut oil helps rid pets of worms? is this true> I use coconut oil for many things. Thank you for any help you can give.

What really kills them off. Tried everything..rascal, wormwood combination etc.. I have tried: Worm wood combination and rascal by Hanna Kroger. I think it was caused by: Don't know
