Please help with unlocking Samsung Note5. I do not have the pin and I have tried several times?

I have a Note5. It is not accepting my pin. It is not allowing nor asking me to put in my Google account info (which I do know) in order to access the phone. I do not have the phone registered through Samsung to use the find my Samsung option. The phone is not giving me the option to put in my Google info in order to access my phone. I have tried: Android device manager. Will not unlock the phone. Find my mobile. Is not available. Putting in the pin number. Is saying incorrect number.
