Can't open my phone when I power it on. The phone always auto restarts.

Your phone is stuck in what's called a boot loop. As its name implies, a boot loop occurs when your phone loops from on to off and never makes it past the logo screen. Unfortunately, since this is almost always caused by a software error, you will need to perform a Factory Reset to fix it. This method, however, will remove all of your phone's data. To learn how to perform a proper Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S5360, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article.

However, if your phone is unable to complete the Factory Reset, something is wrong with your hardware. Factory resets are designed to fix software bugs and bring your device's software back to its factory settings; if it is unable to complete the reset, there is something wrong with your hardware and you will need to get it repaired by Samsung. Call Samsung's customer service to schedule a repair. If you're under warranty and you didn't cause any damage to your device, Samsung will cover the repair costs. However, if you did cause damage or you aren't under warranty, you will unfortunately need to pay for the repairs.
