My Samsung Galaxy S5 won't turn on after factory reset?

Last week, I rooted my phone and I read to get rid of it. I need to factory reset so I backed everything to my SD card, took it out and clicked the factory reset option. My phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on. If I remove the battery then put it straight back in and press the volume up key and power on key my phone flashes the Samsung screen and says recovery booting then the screen goes and its back again, I can also get it to the download screen which then just freezes. My battery was fully charged before the factory reset and I left it charging all night.. I have tried: Taking the battery out, taking the SIM card out, holding down all 3 buttons, holding down 2, holding down 1.. I think it was caused by: Root?

My Samsung won't turn itself on. How can I get it to work?

My Samsung S5 shut itself down for no reason, and now I cannot turn it on. I am worried. Have I lost all my photos and memos? I have tried all: holding the power button down, volume down, and plugging it into the computer options; but nothing happens... I have tried: plugging it into a computer, trying a different battery, and holding the volume button and power button together. I think it was caused by: Unknown.

If you were charging the device from a computer, then charge it from a wall socket
    .
And vice versa: if you were charging it from a wall socket, charge it from the back USB port of the computer with no extension cables in between.
