Questions and Answers

My Samsung Note4 is asking for a password on the main screen but I don't have one?

We have tried the PUK code, Telstra password, several random passwords, anything I think I once had. None worked. We have let the battery go flat and recharged, turned the phone off and on again; tried Samsung find my mobile site.
