My Samsung Galaxy S4 was stolen?

Hi, my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone was stolen unfortunately. I'm wondering if there is a way to open access my installed apps and my contacts list on the PC using my Gmail account, as I assume all data is automatically mapped to the account! or if there is any way you may advise that I can restore my data from the lost and locked phone! I do trust that you fully understand the situation I'm in now! Please advise. Best regards. I have tried: Nothing yet!. I think it was caused by: The phone was stolen!
