My Samsung Galaxy S4 quit connecting to WiFi?

It was working fine, one minute, then not working the next. I am on my laptop now that is connected to WiFi in the house. My phone won't even show a list of available networks, plus it usually just automatically connects to the one here at the house. When I use the pull down and push the WiFi button, it is just light green, not bright green like the others. If I go into connections it's greyed out and if I toggle the WiFi to "on" it won't stay and goes back to gray. The same thing happens if I push the Bluetooth button. Can you help me please? Thanks!. I have tried: I have tried taking the battery out and putting it back
