My Samsung Galaxy S2 is stuck in the Android recovery system menu?

I mistakenly updated the wrong .zip file in the stock firmware, and then it showed an error message like, E: error in tmp/slideload/package.zip. After that I'm not able to reboot my Samsung Galaxy S2 normally. Please help me to get out of this.

When you flash the wrong .zip card when you're in the Android recovery system menu, and you are unable to boot your Samsung Galaxy S2 normally, it often means you have put your phone into a boot loop. It could also mean that you've bricked your device, which is worse and means that your phone will no longer work properly. To try to fix a boot loop, which happens when your phone loops from on to off and doesn't get past the Samsung logo screen, you will need to perform a Factory Reset. To learn how to perform a Factory Reset on your Samsung Galaxy S2, read through and follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. However, if that doesn't fix your issue or you are unable to perform the reset, you will need to call Samsung's customer support service to get your phone repaired. This will likely cost money since flashing .zip files, ROMs, and other files is not covered under Samsung's warranty.
